How to Create Citations without the Research Tool

It seemed like a great day on September 29, 2016 when Google made the official announcement about G Suite and a ton of new features rolling out including the Explore Tool for Docs, Sheets, and Slides. It all seemed like amazing new advancements in Google Drive, until many teachers and students realized that one major Google Docs tool was missing: the Research Tool, and along with it the amazing Citation tools built within! It turned out to be a rather sad end to the week for many. But fear not! There are still some great citation options available for G Suite and Chrome users.
